My Story
Sometimes you need a better partner.
Over the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of working for two large urban school districts and a leading global management consulting firm. To be effective in these roles, I developed structured frameworks to thinking about, and solving, urgent problems. In 2024, I started Better Education Partners to share my insights and problem-solving approaches with school district leaders nationwide.
Outside of the office, I sit on the Board of Directors of Girls on the Run Puget Sound, enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my two-year-old, and run marathons.
