My Story
Sometimes you need a better partner.
Over the past 12 years, I've worked across two large urban school districts and a leading global management consulting firm, developing structured, practical approaches to solving urgent, complex problems. In 2024, I founded Better Education Partners to bring these insights and frameworks to school district leaders nationwide.
Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Puget Sound, spend time with my family (including my three-year-old), and train for marathons.
